POLYMER PHOTOGRAVURE

Most of the plates are 8 x 10, 12 x 16, and 16 x 20. The 16 x 20 plates are printed on a "full sheet" of paper which is about 24 x 30. The deckled edges are left intact. They are usually framed by "floating" the print with about 1/4" inch of space between the paper's edges and the frame. One of the fun parts of intaglio prints is selection of available paper. Most papers are in the 250 to 300-gram weight range and generally neutral white.

Current papers include Rives Cover, Rives RFK, Sommerset and Fabriano. The editions are very limited and usually restricted to three to five with one or two printer's proofs.

SILVER GELATIN

The photography prints are all silver gelatin and most are toned in selenium for clarification and archival purposes. Ilford double weight fiber based paper is used with most prints with a gloss finish.

Prints are available in small signed limited editions of three to five images in three groups: 11 x 14, 16 x 20, and 20 x 24.

Since none of the negatives are the same and may be more difficult to print than others, pricing is available upon request. Includes 8-ply archival hinged over-mats in neutral white.
